ON THE ROAD - RURAL TOURING TRAINING WORKSHOP FOR COMPANIES and ARTISTS

Take Art's Sarah Peterkin, Mark Helyar, Cath James and Ralph Lister will be running a training workshop, On the Road, along with support from local companies and volunteer promoters.

This training day is for companies, individuals and graduate artists who want to make performance work that is suitable for rural touring.  The areas we will cover include:-
- Making performance work that is appropriate and relevant for rural touring
- Marketing and publicity to rural touring schemes, to promoters and to audiences
- Promotion of this work from the volunteer promoters' point of view
- Working through the National Rural Touring Forum
