Dance in Devon’s new Business Plan proudly confirms our Mission:

‘creating a county where people’s lives are enriched and energised through dance’

Everyone in the arts world must be aware by now of the significant changes to funding across the country.  The Board and staff of Dance in Devon will be working hard in these next few months to find the best way for this organisation to change and adapt to a very challenging climate.

You will see many great DiD projects happening across Devon in Spring and Summer, such as World Dance Day, Cultural Olympiad Open Weekend, July is Dance Month, Mini Movers and, of course, lots of work behind the scenes building partnerships, forming plans and raising funds for new projects.

You are part of Dance in Devon and we value your help. We are going to need your ideas, your creative energy and your practical support for DiD as we continue to develop dance across the county in a way which is relevant and true to the sector; so let’s keep closely in touch so we can all work together for the future.
