Relevant Dance Training and Qualifications:

Amelia trained and performed in California with Ballet Celeste, San Francisco Ballet and Lines Ballet. She earned a Certification in Bodywork from the Holistic Health Institute and a BA from Mills College and has consistently studied yoga and body mechanics. She holds a teaching qualification from Exeter College and has fifteen years experience teaching dance and performance.

Recent Projects:

Choreographic project in progress for SculptMotion Dance Co.

This Contemporary Ballet class focuses on finding the correct alignment for each person. Each combination is devised to enhance an awareness of how the barre exercises are interrelated to the center work.
